COUNCILOR Called to Order at 7:30 p.m. Chaired by Council Chair Palmer Councilors Present: All except Councilor Hawes Adjourned at 9:45 p.m. PUBLIC COMMENTS: Mr. Tom Sawyer of Dedham expressed his frustration In the lack of response the city has given relating to his issues regarding the city dock and damage his boat received while moored at the city docks. He requested that the st city solicitor draft an order accepting his July 31 request to settle. /Councilor Nealley requested that said order be drafted and placed on the next council agenda. Ms. Laura Cushing of Hermon urged the Council to consider a 10,000 seat capacity for the new arena To entice big events to come to Bangor. Mr. Timothy Low reported that the Kabang Festival Held in August was a huge success and announced that this group is already planning the 2010 event.
