COUNCILOR Called to Order at 7:30 p.m. Chaired by Council Chair Palmer Councilors Present All except Blanchette and Hawes Adjourned 9:33 p.m. th Proclamation: Recognizing the 150 Anniversary of the Bangor Band Proclamation: Recognizing Connie Bronson for Her Contributions to the Greater Bangor Community Proclamation: Recognizing J. Normand Martin for His Contributions to the Greater Bangor Community. Mr. Martinwas also issued a Key to the City. PUBLIC COMMENTS: Ron Gastia, Chief of Police spoke on A new program the Police Department is implementing called the Challenge Coin Award.
