PUBLIC COMMENTS: Ron Gastia, Chief of Police spoke on
A new program the Police Department is implementing called
the Challenge Coin Award. He issued a Coin to each of
the Councilors
Wayne Mallar, Essex Street, complained about the
Parking Ordinances not being enforced especially during
the winter months
