Subordination Agreement — 144 Forest Avenue (see attached Memo and back-up materials) Councilor Baldacci moved item as presented by staff, Councilor Tremble seconded. Vote unless doubted, no doubt. 2. Other business — Update on Bangor Savings Bank Site Logistics and Waterfront Tanya Emery provided an update on staging for the Bangor Savings Bank construction project, and City Engineer John Theriault provided an update on remediation work in the Secondary Active Zone on the waterfront. Councilor Tremble moved to enter Executive Session at 5:24 p.m., Councilor Baldacci seconded the move into Executive Session. 3. Executive Session — Economic Development — 73 Central Street Discussion - 1 M.R.S.A. § 405(6)(C) Out of Executive Session, hold action until the end. Councilor Tremble left the meeting due to a conflict on item 4. Councilor Baldacci moved to enter Executive Session at 5:33 p.m., Councilor Perry seconded the move into Executive Session. 4. Executive Session — Economic Development — Lease Negotiations - 1 M.R.S.A. § 405(6) (C). Out of Executive Session, hold action until the end. Councilor Tremble returned to the meeting. Councilor Baldacci moved to enter Executive Session at 5:36 p.m., Councilor Perry seconded the move into Executive Session. 5. Executive Session — Economic Development — Property Disposition - 1 M.R.S.A. § 405(6) (C) No action required. Out of Executive Session at 5:57p.m. Councilor Baldacci moved to enter Executive Session at 5:58 p.m., Councilor Tremble seconded the move into Executive Session. 6. Executive Session — Economic Development — Easement Discussion - 1 M.R.S.A. § 405(6)(C) No action required. Out of Executive Session at 6:01 p.m. Councilor Baldacci moved staff recommendation on the Penquis lease extension and to bring an order to the full Council to convey 73 Central back to the previous owner pursuant to completion of the terms of the development agreement.
