Passed 13-341 ORDER Authorizing the City Manager to accept two (2) bullet resistant CIVIELLO protective vests for the police department canine unit Action: Motion made and seconded for Passage Passed Bangor Police Department canine, Lex, made an appearance at the City Council meeting. He will be the recipient of one of the bullet resistant protective vests.
