City Solicitor Norman Heitmann indicated that the Committee had previously determined that Councilor Nealley did have a conflict of interest and that conflict would remain until the Council deemed otherwise. COUNCILOR Action: Motion made and seconded for Passage Passed 13-081 ORDER Authorizing the City of Bangor to Participate in an Amicus Brief to the BALDACCI U.S. Supreme Court Supporting the Repeal of the Federal Defense of Marriage Act Action: Councilor Longo indicated he had a conflict of interest. Motion made and seconded that Councilor Longo did not have a conflict of interest. Passed Motion Doubted Vote: 7 – 2 Councilors Voting Yes: Baldacci, Blanchette, Gallant, Hawes, Nealley, Sprague, Durgin Councilors Voting No: Civiello, Longo Passed ________________________________________ Lisa J.
