COUNCILOR Public Hearing: Application for Liquor License, DURGIN Malt, Spirituous, Vinous, of Capitol BC Restaurants, LLC, d/b/a Bugaboo Creek Steak House, 24 Bangor Mall Blvd. ACTION Motion Made and Seconded to Open the Public Hearing Tim Coombs, General Manager, urged passage Motion Made and Seconded to Close the Public Hearing Public Hearing Closed Motion Made and Seconded for Passage Passed 11-132 ORDER Authorizing the City Manager to Enter into Agreements with LONGO David Brown Regarding the Rehabilitation of and Possession Of the Property at 34 Holland Street ACTION Motion Made and Seconded for Passage Ms. Judy Judkins, sister of the property owner, asked the Council to remove the Larkin Street property from Article 13 & !4 and to waive the fines Elizabeth Grandmason, 29 Holland Street, stated that efforts to comply have been dubious, and asked the council to put an end to this situation. Dale Roop, 28 Holland Street, urged the council to not Support this proposal. Walter Cammack, 38 Holland Street, said that this situation has gone on too long and further said that the building is dangerous.
