COUNCILOR Called to Order at 7:30 p.m. Chaired by: Council Chair Hawes Councilors Present: All Except Nealley Meeting Adjourned: 9:00 p.m. PUBLIC COMMENT: Mr. Paul LeClair, 666 Finson Road, questioned why he hadn’t heard from the councilors regarding his previous request to have the council facilitate a meeting with Gas station owners and residents to better understand the daily price fluctuations. Mr. LeClair also questioned the proposal to charge $2 per bag for garbage disposal. Mr. Doug Tibbetts, 2468 Ohio Street, suggested that the current speed limit of 45 mph On outer Ohio Street is too high, and urged the council to consider changing it to 35 mph.
