Action Taken: Design Review approval granted / denied by a vote of 5 to 0. Item No. 2 11 Central Street – Northeast Occupational Exchange To consider a request for after the fact approval for design review approval to Install a projecting sign, window sign and green and white striped awning. Action Taken: Design Review approval granted / denied by a vote of 5 to 0. Item No. 3 28 Broad Street – Lewis and Malm Architecture To consider a request for Certificate of Appropriateness and Design Review Approval to reconstruct the storefront at street level and reroofing on the front façade. Action Taken: Certificate of Appropriateness and Design Review approval for the reconstruction of the storefront only with the condition that the doors be wooden granted / denied by a vote of 5 to 0. The reroofing of the front façade has been tabled. Item No. 4 140 Hammond Street – Jennifer Johnson, Evergreen Naturopathic Clinic To consider a request for Certificate of Appropriateness to install a projecting sign. Action Taken: Certificate of Appropriateness granted / denied by a vote of 5 to 0. Item No. 5 99 Franklin Street – Sign Services Inc. To consider a request for Design Review approval to install a 6’ x 6’ freestanding sign for Bangor Savings Bank. Action Taken: Design Review approval granted / denied by a vote of 5 to 0 with the possible addition of indirect lighting mounted in the ground. Item No 6. 130 Hammond Street – Vintage Threads. To consider a request for Certificate of Appropriateness to install a projecting sign and window lettering. Action Taken: Certificate of Appropriateness granted / denied by a vote of 5 to 0. Item No. 7 96 Harlow Street – Lainie’s Eclectics To consider a request for Design Review approval to install a projecting sign. Action Taken: Design Review approval granted by a vote of 5 to 0.
