Action Taken: Certificate of Appropriateness and Design Review approval granted by a vote of 5 to 0. 2. 128 Hammond Street – Cyrus Clark House Associates c/o Kelly Realty To consider a request for Certificate of Appropriateness to install a sign. Action Taken: Certificate of Appropriateness granted by a vote of 5 to 0. 3. 56 Main Street – Amber Lee To consider a request for Certificate of Appropriateness and Design Review approval to install a projecting sign. Action Taken: Certificate of Appropriateness and Design Review approval granted by a vote of 5 to 0. 4. 635 State Street – WBRC Architects and Engineers To consider a request for Certificate of Appropriateness to enclose the new metal furnace flue in a masonry shroud. Action Taken: Certificate of Appropriateness approval granted by a vote of 5 to 0. 5. 25 Broad Street – Bangor Museum and Center for History To consider a request for Certificate of Appropriateness and Design Review approval for the renovation/restoration of the exterior of 25-27 Broad Street. Action Taken: Certificate of Appropriateness and Design Review approval granted per the submitted plans by a vote of 4 in favor to 1 opposed with the condition that the applicant seek approval for the specific details of the front entryway and the banners and signs prior to construction. The next scheduled meeting is Thursday, May 10, 2007 at 7:00 p.m. in the third floor Council Chambers.
