PUBLIC HEARINGS
1. 51-53 High Street – L.G.Van Peursem, Jr.
To consider a request for Certificate of Appropriateness to replace storm windows.
Action Taken: Due to a lack of a quorum the HPC could not take action on this item.
However, the three members in attendance approved the storm windows in concept, but
required the applicant to come back in February for formal approval. The members in
attendance felt that it would be not necessary for the applicant to be in attendance in
February as the lack of the quorum at tonight’s meeting was not the fault of the applicant.
