PUBLIC COMMENT Jim Labrecque was not in favor of the city being involved with
the Greater Bangor Solarize partnership. He did not feel it was
the city's business to promote any one product.
Paul Amoroso indicated he owned 18 acres and 130 residential
units abutting the property for the proposed psych unit and
thought another area should be looked at that would not directly
affect the value and quality of life in that area.
Karen Marysdaughter, a member of Bangor Solarize, indicated
that across the country it has been state, county and local
governments that have lead the process of solarization.
Rick Fournier thanked the city for its support for another
successful Folk Festival.

deadline for submitting legislation was September 25th.
